Recruitment Support:
Employee Onboarding:

- Assisting in new employee onboarding procedures, including collecting necessary information, preparing employment contracts, issuing offer letters, and notifying relevant departments about new hires.

Employee Training and Development:

- Supporting the organization of training activities, including internal, external, and online training programs, to ensure continuous learning and development for employees.

Personnel Records Management:

- Responsible for establishing and maintaining employee personnel records, including personal information, contracts, and training records.

Compensation and Benefits:
Performance Management:

- Assisting in the execution of performance evaluation processes, collecting employee performance data, and providing support. Participating in the communication and explanation of performance evaluation results.

Employee Relations:

- Handling day-to-day employee issues and concerns to foster a positive work environment and employee relations.

Offboarding Management:

- Assisting in the offboarding procedures for employees, including handling resignation requests and conducting exit interviews.

HR Policies and Procedures:

- Understanding and disseminating company HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance among employees.

Data Reporting and Analysis:

- Assisting in generating HR data reports and performing basic data analysis to support HR decision-making.

Company Culture Building:

- Participating in organizing team activities and celebratory events to promote company culture and employee engagement.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nusajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
