Internship - Business Admin/ Hotel Management/event

**Job Descriptions**
- Support Sales team in administrative support by preparing sales quote, proposal, booking and maintaining accurate records in the system.
- Event coordination with client and operations including client’s venue, F&B, hotel, transportation, team building, inspection and other arrangements.
- Participate in sales meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for improving sales strategies and achieving targets.
- Assist in compiling reports, research and other analysis reporting.

**Job Requirements**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program, preferable in business, hospitality, tourism, events or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and clients effectively.
- Enthusiasm for the MICE industry and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work in KL (Wisma Genting)
- Internship, min 3 months and above.
- Possesses CGPA 3.0.

Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
