Hotel Marcom Assistant Manager

**Responsibilities**:
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our hotel's presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create compelling posts, interact with followers, and monitor trends.
Public Relations: Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners. Coordinate press releases, media interviews, and press events.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, events, and guest services, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights. Provide regular reports and insights to the Marketing Manager.
Brand Management: Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and collateral, ensuring that messaging aligns with our hotel's values and image.
Event Support: Assist in planning and executing promotional events, including hotel openings, special promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Customer Feedback: Monitor guest reviews and feedback on online review platforms. Address any concerns or issues raised and use feedback to improve guest satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or hospitality, preferably in a hotel setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
