Hotel Event Sale Executive

Responsibilities:
- Connect with travel agents, SMEs, team building organizations, and corporate clients to generate sales for the hotel.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hotel's clientele base.
- Coordinate with event planners and clients to assist in organizing and executing events held at the hotel.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and proposals to the management team.
- Assist in other related duties and projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
