We are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join us as we continue to embark this exciting journey with the hotel. This position reports to the hotel Operation, Manager.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- To ensures that an efficient and accurate filing system, both manually as well as electronically is maintained at all times.
- Maintains complete and supported records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the hotel.
- Establishes an efficient trace File to ensure that all business booked is properly tracked.
- Assists in consolidating and preparing Sales report.
- Responsible to assist the hotel Operation Manager for the Hospitality & Tourism related Sales & Marketing initiatives.
- Responsible to assist the Sales & Marketing Manager to plan, organize and coordinate Group’s Hospitality & Tourism initiatives. This will include, but is not limited, to core areas such as conducting sales presentations, coordinating events/functions, coordinating sales with agents/business partners, canvassing/developing new customers/business partners, market intelligence, achieving objectives, and any related business/sales/marketing initiatives.

**QUALIFICATION**
- At least 2 years of SALES experience in the Tourism Sales & Marketing industry. _PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE IN THE HOSPITALITY TOURISM HOTEL INDUSTRY IS ESSENTIAL._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
