Hotel Partnership Executive

CONVERGENT is seeking an experienced Hotel Partnership Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with hotel partners, negotiating commercial terms, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- To identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality sector.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel partners and internal teams.
- To negotiate and agree commercial terms that drive revenue growth and improve margins.
- To provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management.
- A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, e-commerce, and/or revenue management, preferably within the hotel, travel, or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
