Coda's success relies on strong partnerships with key players in the payments ecosystem. As a Director, Global Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with these critical partners.

This role plays a pivotal part in driving revenue growth, strategic alignment, and innovation within the payments landscape. You will leverage your deep industry expertise and commercial acumen to develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that ensure alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies for key global payment partners
  • Serve as primary relationship owner for global PSPs and card payment partners
  • Identify opportunities to expand commercial relationships and optimize existing partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership structures supporting sustained growth
  • Lead high-value negotiations with global strategic accounts to deliver favorable outcomes

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in payments industry, with focus on card payments, global PSPs or related domains
  • Proven track record of managing global strategic accounts and driving material outcomes
  • Demonstrable success in leading complex, high-value commercial negotiations
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
