Director of Sales and Partnerships

We're seeking an experienced BD Manager/Director to spearhead our cross-border e-commerce sales efforts. This role demands a deep understanding of the payment industry and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Bilateral relationship building with merchants, financial institutions, and partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Craft compelling value propositions and pitches to win new business.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and progress.
- Native-level English fluency, both written and spoken.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or payment processing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
This is a mid-senior level position, and we're offering full-time employment.
