We are looking for an experienced Account Director to drive commercial success in our Health & Beauty portfolio, focusing on client relationships and partnership growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies that grow successful partnerships with Health & Beauty clients.
- Analyze data to turn complex insights into clear recommendations, driving business outcomes.
- Lead a team of Account Managers & Executives, providing guidance and support to achieve shared goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth, delivering impactful stories that unlock actionable insights.
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders across functions, ensuring our service meets evolving client needs.
What You'll Need:
- A strong research background, with substantial experience analyzing data and turning it into actionable insights.
- Proven experience managing teams and projects to achieve and grow account revenue in a commercial environment.
- A desire to support individuals' development and wellbeing, with strong communication skills as a presenter, influencer, and coach.
- The ability to cope well under pressure, making decisions in complex circumstances.
