**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
- Asses training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
- Manage employees' grievances to ensure issues are being resolved fairly.
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
- Oversee daily operation and budget of the HR department.
- Carry out administrative functions on renewal of license, etc.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and filing.
- Attend to labour office and other relevant government bodies.
- Conduct checking on workers' hostel for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Lead and manage foreign workers' hostel as per Act 446 (Workers' Minimum Standard of Housing and Amenities Act 1990), and review house rules as when required.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure the smooth operation of in-house clinic, canteen and local transportation.
- Assist in hotel management matter and ensure accommodations are well-maintained, safe and offer a comfortable living environment.
- Assist superior to develop safety/regulatory strategy and programs to ensure compliant with Government policies and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin (preferred).

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
