HR Junior Executive

Perform end-to-end payroll processing accurately, including payroll calculation, overtime, and allowance which in accordance & in compliance with the local legislation and company policies and procedures.
- Recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, etc.
- Follow-up and prepare necessary documents for monthly / yearly statutory payments such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.
- To generate monthly reports for Headcount, OT, Attendance & any ad-hoc reports required by Management or Statutory/ Legal bodies.
- Handling foreigners’ matter such as visa, working permit, hostel, etc.
**Job Requirement**
- Possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a team player when placed in a team.
- Preferably with at least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
