**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Serves as advisor to Senior HR Director based in Singapore and HRBP to Vice President in Malaysia.
- Oversee HR functions across the full HR spectrum.
- Provide oversight and leadership to local HR team.
- Monitor and ensure that the organization is in full compliance with the local employment law and regulations.
- Participate and support HR Transformation initiatives.
- Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and execute best talent acquisition practices.
- Performs other duties which may be assigned by the superior.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management or HR Management.
- At least 5 years of experience as a HR Manager in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Good understanding of manufacturing industry.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient and willing to get hands dirty
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Results driven with a customer centric mind-set.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
