- Serves customers through various channels and platforms by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. Must maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Attracts potential customers by responding promptly to customer inquiries on product and/or service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Participate in any ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned by the management.

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Experience with MS Office and ERP software is an added advantage
- Attention to detail
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Emotionally intelligent, carries high integrity and protects confidentiality of the company
- Positive attitude, pleasant, hardworking, trustworthy and matured and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to outperform on all tasks and responsibilities

- Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- To ensure that company interest is the priority and comes first, and to do whatever is necessary (including weekends, off days and public holidays) to meet this objective.
- Ensure that KPI and all task assigned and deliverables are completed as per the timeline; or earlier.
- Protect company’s information and interest at all times.
- Collaboration work with teams of all levels.
- Willing to travel outstation and overseas as and when required.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
