Customer Service Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Attend to customers’ call in a timely manner and ensure good customer service is rendered.
- Performing telemarketing weekly to solicit Shipper/consignee support.
- Preparing quotation of ocean freight to shippers/consignee.
- Managing booking, B/L, transport document and manifest.
- Proactively manage issues related to shipment delivery to customers & overcome all issues with customers.
- Handle and arrange system updates according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & guidelines.
- Promoting E-Commerce (E-Booking & E-Bill of Lading).
**Requirements**:
- Pleasant personality with good people communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-pace environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
