- Partner with HR to maintain office policies and labor law as necessary
- **Organize office operations and procedures**:

- Provide general support to visitors
- Manage executives' schedules, calendars, bookings and appointments
- **Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored**:

- Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems
- Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
- Ensure that results are measured against standards, while making necessary changes along the way
- **Monitor clerical, administrative, and carrying secretarial responsibilities**:

- Responsible for ensuring office financial objectives are met by preparing the annual budget for the office, planning the expenditures, analyzing variances, and carrying out necessary corrections that may arise
- Responsible for developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures
- **Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency**:

- Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment

**Job Requirements, Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Bachelor's degree in business administration, shipping, or a related field**:

- **2-5 years of work experience** in an administrative/office management role
- Exceptional command of the **English language is mandatory,** considering the diverse and multilingual work environment.
- **Willingness and ability to travel to Singapore** is a crucial aspect of this role, ensuring effective coordination with the management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Must be a **self-starter** and driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
