To oversee and administer the HR and Admin Departmental functions and activities, such as recruitment, orientation, training & development, benefits & compensations, payroll, employee relations, safety, welfare and other general administration activities support; To ensure all HR and Admin policies are up-to-date and communicated to employees on a timely basis. To ensure payroll related functions are carried out efficiently in accordance with company policies, procedures & work practices and meet all statutory compliances requirements as dictated by various government bodies; To drive and manage the training and development programs of the Company by conducting training needs analysis, designing and evaluating annual training plans and reviewing training courses; To oversee and manage Industrial and Employee Relations matters, including staff discipline, grievances, domestic inquiries and other related activities; Responsible in foreign workers' work related documents & hostel administration; Attend to labor office, immigration, JKKP and other relevant government bodies; To perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time. Working experience in ISO 19001 QMS will be an advantage.
