To manage and monitor the daily administration and processes of the office, in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- To execute and supporting the administrative functions of Sales department.
- Responsible in Registration of car, insurance, custom duty.
- Maintaining customer contact database.
- Monitor the sub-contractors and fleet customers for invoice and monitor their accounts.
- Deal with Insurance Companies and Company creditors for outstanding payment and monitor their accounts.
- Entering SAP System for the sales processing.
- Filing, updating and compiling all file report and records.
- Prepare Sales Commission, Sales Incentive and to ensure all are accurate with the payment.
- Liaise with the bank officer for the reimbursement of hire purchase.
- To place order and control inventory of stationeries and service document.
- Handling company car and pool car for headquarter such as renewal insurance, road tax, service, summons and cleanliness.
- Liaise with suppliers / contractors for printer, fax and scanner.
- Ensure documents, utilities’ bill are traceable in an efficient manner and submit to head office for the payment process.
- To monitor cash and cheque payments made to the company to the cashier including the proper custody of documents.
- Control and monitor Cash and Credit Card Transaction, OR, FR, Petty cash, payment to Vendor and staff claims.
- Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the superior.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
