**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

This position is responsible to develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue. Responsible for identifying and onbarding new partners, provide support and training, and managing the perfomance of existing partners.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analyze and improve business and marketing strategies on existing channel partners
- Develop and implement channel partners programs such as training, marketing and incentives
- Manage channel partners to gain mind share to drive for more business and success
- Provide support and guidance to channel partners on product and solution offerings
- Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel
- Main point of contact between channel partners and internal team with regard communicating, addressing and resolving business issues
- Develop goals and objectives in accordance with company goals and objectives
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
- Measure and report on the performance of channel partners
- Attend sales meetings and conferences

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong negotiation skills and problem solving
- Able to build and maintain relationships with partners
- Must be fluent in English, other languages preferred depending on assigned area
- Ability to travel frequently
- Self-driven, independent and result orientated

**EXPERIENCE**
- Degree or high school diploma with mechanical/electronics background
- Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferred working experience in electronics component industry, with proven experience in channel management.
