**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Diary management and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Compiling and preparing reports including corporate governance reporting, presentation and correspondence.
- Assist Director in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Director’s responsibility - chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
- Business travel booking arrangement of flights, accommodation and transport.
- Organizing visas if necessary.
- Maintaining Director’s planner.
- Inputting and updating contact details into relevant folders.
- Reminding HOD of important task and deadline.
- Taking minutes at various management meetings & disseminate to relevant party.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively and be proactive.
- Excellent attention to details, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Communication skills - the ability to communicate well at all levels.
- Demonstrate a professional manner at all times, tactful and diplomacy and possess the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Very organized and self-motivated
- Able to communicate fluently in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
