
Secretary to Director, Operations

**Generic**:
- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and operational support to the Director.
- Provide assistance in relation to Directors’ Office and personal matters, such as:
- Updating, scheduling, and arranging of meetings, presentations and appointments including booking or meeting room.
- Minutes taken for management and other relevant meetings as required by the Director.
- Liaison and follow-up with internal and external parties on work related matters.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and logistics for the Director.
- Document controller of all company correspondences, agreements, various reports, and legal documents.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing duties, honest and trustworthy.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Director orderly and efficiently
**Specific**:
- To assist liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables.
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects.
- Perform various relevant analysis and research work as needed.
- To monitor, track deadlines, and follow-ups with related Head of Department and ensure prompt results.
- Responsible for assisting the Director to handle, follow up, monitor, direct & coordinate project tasks and report accordingly.
- Organize relevant personnel to review, supervise, evaluate and inspect the company's development plan and implementation results.
- Master the company's overall operating conditions and provide first-hand information for the Director to make timely business decisions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
