**Salary Range: Depends on the experience (RM 2500 - RM 2700)**

**Job Profile Summary**
- B2B/B2C Commercial Operations supports our front-line teams and customers, focusing on customer service and ensuring operational excellence internally.
- Performs tasks according to instructions that provide some space for own interpretation.
- Solutions for deviations are taught.
- Shares information and answers standard questions and some complex questions; generally explains rules and procedures
- Identifies shortcomings in current processes, systems and procedures within assigned unit.
- Activities are carried out within a standardised and routine context.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred (Business related major) or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in Customer service or operations.
- Fresh graduates with no experience also can apply
- Possess a strong Customer service ethic and ability to understand, meet and champion the Customer’s needs, while staying within the policies and procedures
- Able to demonstrate interchangeable communication skills, by communicating effectively in writing, by phone, or by live chat and social media channels professionally, accurately, and quickly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
