Admin Executive

Support administrative management and coordination of related administration functions.
- Experience in handle of CIDB, MOF, SME, JKKP and OSHA Certifications.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
- Organize and ensure the stationery stock are adequate for the use of office staff.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Maintain, complete and up to date records and documents for all office supplies and staff asset tracking.
- Resolve administrative inquiries and manage proper electronic or hard copy filing system.
- Assist in other administration task and perform other support functions as assigned.
- Undertake any duties as directed by immediate superior.

**Job Requirement**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience specializing in Administration.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Possess initiative, able to work independently, perform multi-task.
