As a Transport Administration and Operation Executive, you will be:

- working closely with the school management staff to address any operational issues, feedback or areas of improvement
- working on projects to improve company systems, processes and student sign ups
- handling customer queries or feedback with constructive outcomes in a proactive, timely and professional manner
- ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations by supervising and problem solving on the go

You must be:

- able to start work at 6am
- able to work well and manage expectations of various stakeholders of diverse backgrounds such as school staff, bus drivers, school children and parents
- proficient and experienced in Google Suite and MS Office
- excellent in organisational skills and attention to detail
- at least a Degree holder.

Previous roles such as a teacher, coach or aviation staff may be an advantage. All job functions and responsibilities can be learned on the job.
