Answering phone calls and addressing client's inquiries professionally
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently for reporting superior
Providing executive administrative assistance to support daily operations
Utilizing clerical skills for accurate typing, data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records on documentation
Strong clerical skills, including accurate typing, data entry, filing, and organizational proficiency
Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Demonstrating excellent time management skills to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Assist on daily admin clerical work as required
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
