**The Role**: Demand Management Coordinator (Marketing Operations)

**The Team**: Our Team manages multiple marketing technologies within the corporate (enterprise) marketing & communications organization. We are responsible for demand generation, qualification, conversion, along with management of AI marketing technologies, webinar support, digital asset management, video asset management, digital data visualization, along with a direct impact to marketing pipeline & revenue contribution.

**What's In It For You?**: Seeking an enthusiastic marketing coordinator to provide creativity, project management, support and assist in planning and implementing marketing programs and campaigns, tracking data, maintaining sales and marketing relationships, coordinate meetings, conduct timely audit and helps prepare adhoc reports.

As a marketing coordinator, you will collaborate with our marketing operations team, divisional marketing, and marketing ops teams, as well as functional leaders and stakeholders. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our current and future landscape. This role will help you acquire new skills and provide you with knowledge on various marketing strategies. You will also have an opportunity to measure firsthand the marketing impact to marketing contribution revenue.
You will gain broad, value experience across various marketing technologies and the intersection across the varying marketing disciplines.

**Marketing Job Duties include, but not limited to**:

- Assists with marketing artificial intelligence (AI) programs, implementation and roll-out, including but not limited to monitoring, refining, and ensuring process and workflow is correct and updated, routing and assignments are correct, auditing to ensure leads are dispositioned correctly.
- Triage requests, assist with Sales and Marketing teams, reviewing and identifying opportunities for incremental revenue, stitching opportunities across marketing technologies, and assist in driving holistic perpetual marketing conversations/programs.
- Assist in project management, including but not limited to following up with stakeholders and team members and follow through a task from start until complete.
- Assist with sales enablement and roll-out, including but not limited to outlining current and improved process, creation of materials, copywriting, content management etc.
- Supports broader corporate marketing teams from reporting and analytics, marketing automation, lead routing, lead process, lead management as well as paid advertising teams.
- Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Refine detailed processes including but not limited to any technical process, integration between tools, maintain and update documentation and able to simplify the information for the relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising
- 2-4 years of professional experience with 1-3 years’ experience in marketing or advertising
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and self-motivated
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Direct marketing, market segmentation, project management, reporting and results, understanding customer/buyer journey, process improvement, and planning.
- Basic understanding of marketing operations’ role and experience in managing several marketing tools/
