- 协助维护24/7应用程序和高可用性系统。
- 识别和记录用户和系统问题。
- 对提出的所有问题负责,直到问题得到解决,无论最终是哪个开发团队或供应商解决问题。
- 维护已知缺陷、问题、流程、技术等的知识库。
- 适当更新和管理问题工单。
- 与管理层、其他技术团队或最终用户客户保持日常的利益相关者关系。
- 进行应用程序测试,支持客户应用程序测试,并收集和总结测试结果。
- 创建和维护作业计划、作业跟踪、客户沟通、团队沟通、Web报告等可能需要的文档。
- 培训用户使用应用程序,并帮助解决应用程序问题。
- 与业务用户密切合作,建立良好的关系。
- 处理升级事项,并在持续基础上管理客户期望。
