**Cold Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases.
- **Product/Service Pitching**: Present products or services to prospects, highlighting their features, benefits, and advantages.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and conversation.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads.
- **Follow-up Calls**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain accurate records of interactions, update customer databases, and track sales activities using CRM software.
- **Market Research**: Gather market intelligence by identifying trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences through conversations.
- **Handling Objections**: Address customer concerns, overcome objections, and provide appropriate solutions to encourage sales.
- **Providing Information**: Respond to inquiries about products, pricing, and availability.
- **Maintaining Professionalism**: Conduct all interactions with customers in a courteous, professional, and ethical manner.
- **Adhering to Scripts and Guidelines**: Follow established scripts and guidelines while maintaining a conversational tone to engage prospects effectively.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with sales teams, marketing teams, and other departments to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
