Responsible for administration task and procurement proses such as prepare documentation for renewal license.
- Prepared procurement matters and deal with supplier
- Ensured the dialysis center operates smoothly without any interruption
- Handling of administration and record-keeping.
- Conduct and arrange CME and Clinical Talk
- Handling documents such as APC and any document related
- Conduct training for employees such as BLS etc.
- Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance
- Maintained hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Purchased and maintained inventory of office equipment, stationery and administered maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
- Performed and supervised clerical duties; photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Liaised with governmental authorities on behalf of the company (Local authority, example: MBPB, CKAPS,KKM etc).
- Any other adhoc tasks given by Supervisor

**Requirement**
- Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resource is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years experience in Administration
- Willing to work in Batu Pahat and travel occasionally to company branches
- Familiar work knowledge in Healthcare is an added advantage

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
