**JOB SUMMARY**

Responsible for supporting and assisting with developing and maintaining sales & marketing strategies, advertising, organizing events, product development, evaluating member research and coordinating marketing plans and promotional activities.

**DUTIES**

Develops marketing strategies and plans appropriate marketing campaigns to meet set business targets. Develops marketing budgets Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, mail inserts, flyers, newsletters and calendars Assisting with the development of methods for the generation of awareness through social media Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials via various media Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing advertisements in traditional/online media Organizing and attending events; develops special events as required Conducting market research which includes member questionnaires, focus groups etc. JD - Marketing & Business Development Officer | 2 Liaises with various other departments in the organization to ensure participation and collaboration in promotional activities Works with the team to develop / innovate products and services Liaises with suppliers Other duties assigned related to development of marketing and communication strategies.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Works with the Manager to develop marketing plans, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives. Assists with specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research Assisting with the development and implementation of a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with relevant departments to execute. Performs related duties as may be required by the Manager

**Well Know Graphic Design & able to join immediately is an additional advantage.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Special Incentive
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Flesh Graduation is welcome
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
- Chinese(preferred)
- **Female Single Preferred**.
