Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the logistics industry, specifically focusing on transport and haulage. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our client base, and identifying new business opportunities within the transport and haulage sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Identify and target potential clients in the transport and haulage industry, including manufacturers, distributors, and logistics providers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor industry developments, stay updated on market dynamics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development and sales within the logistics industry, with a focus on transport and haulage.
- Strong knowledge of transport and haulage operations, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
