Business Development and Partnership Executive

Source new partners and execute exciting partnership solutions Build and manage key partnerships, develop additional initiatives to deepen engagement and grow revenue, content and/or brand results Negotiate long-term and short-term partnership deals with corporate partners, mall marketing, bank partners and other potential partners to drive brands awareness, business growth and reach Foster positive and collaborative relationships with partner organizations to ensure long-term success and mutual benefits Propose for exciting new ideas and initiatives with new and existing partners Plan, conceptualise and execute promotional and marketing campaigns while collaborating with partners Work closely with the existing partners to understand their specific needs, preferences, and target audience, maintain and deepen relationships with them, and build stronger relationships with their stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of partnership initiatives and alignment with company objectives Provide regular reports and updates on partnership activities to senior management Assist clients with the logistics of orders, including sourcing, packaging, and delivery. Track and analyze key partner performance against goals, highlight growth opportunities and facilitate solutions with partners and internal teams to continually optimize partnership-driven campaigns Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify new partnership prospects Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and establish connections with potential partners
