We are looking for suitable professionals to join our corporate secretarial division as follows:
**Responsibilities**:
Assist client in incorporate a company, advice client on banking, fund raise, shareholding structure and law compliance matters.
1. Responsible in carrying out all aspects of the company secretarial function;
2. Manage a portfolio of clients;
3. Undertake preparation resolutions and documents for lodgement to the relevant authorities;
4. Update and maintain all relevant statutory records and documents for clients;
5. Well versed in Companies Act 2016, Companies Commission of Malaysia’s requirements,
6. Monitor and comply with submission deadlines;
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor of Corporate Administration / Business Studies / Accountancy or ICSA graduates or equivalent qualification;
2. At least 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage;
3. **FRESH GRADUATES** are welcome to apply;
4. Good knowledge of the Companies Act;
5. Good inter-personal and communication skills;
6. Proactive, independent and meticulous;
7. Able to work independently with strong sense of integrity and decorum;
8. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
9. Understand & capable command of English language and business writing skills;
10. Competency in Mycoid, Microsoft Word and Excel.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
