A. Training & Adoption
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic campaigns aimed at enhancing the adoption and effective use of e-learning platforms across the BAC Education Group (BACEG).
- Collaboration with Educators: Engage closely with lecturers and faculty members to promote and increase the use of BACEG’s e-learning platforms.
- Student Briefing and Staff Training: Prepare and deliver comprehensive briefing and training materials and conduct orientations for students and briefing for staff to introduce and explain BACEG's eLearning services.
- Documentation: Create and maintain up-to-date user guides, manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that cater to different audiences, including lecturers, students, and management.
- Partnership Management: Establish and maintain productive relationships with external service providers, exploring and reporting on potential partnership opportunities.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly develop, track, and report on the usage statistics of e-learning platforms, providing insights and updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

B. e-Learning & Instructional Design
- Project Coordination: Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines and project scopes.
- Project Management: Formulate detailed project plans to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of educational projects within established parameters.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various groups within the BAC Education Group, including lecturers, college management, and the BACLearn team, to gather materials, collaborate on projects, and report progress.
- Content Development: Partner with content experts to ensure educational content is relevant, accurately meets learning objectives, and aligns with curricular goals.
- Research and Content Optimization: Conduct necessary research for content development and continuously refine learning materials to meet evolving educational needs.
- Training Resources Creation: Design and update training manuals and guides to support the learning materials developed.
- Client and Stakeholder Relations: Manage ongoing relationships with all project stakeholders, including clients and external parties, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.

**Job Competencies**
- A degree in any field, preferably with experience in delivering training and briefing.
- Has 2-3 work experience.
- 1+ years of experience in an EdTech, corporate learning & development, or academic role, with responsibilities such as curriculum development, educational data analysis, digital tool integration, or developing corporate training solutions.
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
- Knowledge of e-learning methodologies, adult learning theory, training evaluation methodologies, or similar methodologies is a bonus.
- Practical experience experimenting with EdTech tools and software like Articulate 360, gamification tools, e-proctoring, or similar tools.
- A strong self-starter with the ability to motivate others and manage daily activities with mínimal supervision.
