- Assist the L & D section head in coordinating on all related matters
- Responsible for pre-training, during training and post training activities (eg: payment preparation, coordination and documentation preparation).
- Assist in designing and developing the Training Calendar for staff.

- Assist in managing Training Needs analysis project.
- Prepare training evaluation and effectiveness reports.
- Coordinate General Orientation programme.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate qualification; in any field
- TTT certified
- Familiar with e-TRiS
- Minimum 3 years’ related experience
- Passionate about learning and sharing.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of English language, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Words, MS Excel, Powerpoint)
- Team player and efficient

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
