Role Summary:
As a Field Service Rep, you are responsible for coordinating with customers in field issues, warranty complaints and resolutions. You will carry out and support site installation and commissioning, service and repair jobs at customer sites.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Read and evaluate customer specifications and customer requirement documents
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support customers during site visits through troubleshooting issues
- Review and evaluate customer's processes to achieve equipment relia
- Find, develop and implement technical solutions for special problems
- Establish safe and proper work area and follow all safety requirements
- Perform in-house and on-site repairs and service activities
- Provide technical support and training as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and efficient
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word
- Able to work well with a team
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Solid Works or any technical drawing tools are a plus
- Experience serving customers in oil & gas, power, chemical, water and other general industries
- Ability to reprioritize daily while still producing deliverables
- Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites, especially offshore platforms
- BS or BA Degree in relevant field and / or 0-2 years relevant experience
