Purchasing Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Sourcing and selection of the supplier, negotiation and ensuring timely delivery.
- Preparing and defining requests for quotation/proposal, negotiating with vendors, issuing purchase orders, etc
- Selection and registration of new supplier to system
- To maintain proper documentation / records for ISO and relevant audit
- Managing supplier’s performance in ensuring cost competitiveness, best quality consistency, service reliability.
- Liaise with supplier on goods return or reject. Prepare stock return notes.
- Additional job will be assigned by the superior or management as and when necessary
- Knowledge on SST & Prepare for SST Stock Report.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
