The Merchant Acquisition Executive will represent Passionation and is responsible for client prospecting and execution of overall sales activities to achieve profit, growth and penetration of the SME/MNC market. You will be exposed to servicing clients from all industries, of any size focusing on the Central Region, Malaysia. The qualified individual should be highly driven, aggressive and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment. With a can-do attitude and is disciplined to not let anything get in your way of hitting your targets.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Ensure more SME/Direct MNC advertisers use Passionation services and products.
- Champion company cause, mission and products.
- Responsible for prospecting and developing opportunities to achieve sales, profit and assigned targets.
- Generates sales leads through personal, professional and external networks.
- Presents, negotiates and sells Passionation services to prospective SME clients, typically pitching to business owners, marketing managers and planners.
- Participates in promotional events such as trade shows and seminars.
- Report/Review performance every week to Head of SME Sales to keep track of sales pipeline and continue to improve sales efforts.
- Maintain open channel of communication by providing accurate and timely information sharing regarding sales efforts to Head of Influencer Marketing.
- Build strong relationships with current and potential clients and maintain them well.
- Work closely with other stakeholders to anticipate and respond to a variety of business needs, striving for a collective company goal of successfully penetrating the Malaysian SME market.
- To carry out additional task/work as directed by management from time to time.

**; Requirements**: - Specification and Requirement (Eligibility)
- Diploma in Business Administration/Management/Marketing/Advertising or Media/Mass Communications or any related advanced education is preferred.
- SPM Cert holders with 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity with a proven track record in achieving sales quota are welcome to apply.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior Facebook-related direct SME sales experience will be a bonus.
- Experience in digital advertising/media is strongly preferred.
- Must be customer-focused with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling direct/SME digital media services in a highly competitive environment is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Internet concepts and is familiar to prominent social media platforms. Must be able to discuss them with conviction.
- Excellent presentation skills.
