**Requirements**:

- Good command of Bahasa Melayu and English
- Have a minimum of **(1)** one year of administration experience.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.

2. Manage office facilities, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.

3. Organize and maintain physical and electronic records, ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval.

4. Interact with vendors, negotiate contracts, cultivate and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, to ensure timely and quality products/services.

5. Assist in monitoring and managing administrative budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

6. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms.

7. Generate and manage purchase orders for required goods and services.

8. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favourable agreements.

9. Conduct research on market trends, prices, and new products to inform procurement decisions.

10. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure that procured goods and services meet quality standards.

11. Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

12. Generate reports on procurement activities, including spending, savings, and supplier performance.

13. Manage and renew contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance and favourable terms.

14. Manage and process invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

15. Monitor and manage receivables, including invoicing, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.

16. Monitor and control company expenses, verifying adherence to budgetary guidelines.

17. Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

18. Utilize and maintain financial software and systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.

19. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available for daily operations.

20. Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.

21. Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support cross-functional initiatives.

22. Performing other tasks deemed necessary by the Company.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
