    (1) one year of administration experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Manage office facilities, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic records, ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval.
  • Interact with vendors, negotiate contracts, cultivate and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, to ensure timely and quality products/services.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing administrative budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms.
  • Generate and manage purchase orders for required goods and services.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favourable agreements.
  • Conduct research on market trends, prices, and new products to inform procurement decisions.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure that procured goods and services meet quality standards.
  • Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Generate reports on procurement activities, including spending, savings, and supplier performance.
  • Manage and renew contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance and favourable terms.
  • Manage and process invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and manage receivables, including invoicing, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
  • Monitor and control company expenses, verifying adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Utilize and maintain financial software and systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available for daily operations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Performing other tasks deemed necessary by the Company.

Pay:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
