JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- PREPARE PUNCH CARD FOR ALL STAFF MONTHLY
- KEY IN PAYROLL MONTHLY
- PREPARE KWSP AND SOCSO MONTHLY
- PREPARE EMPLOYEES INCOME TAX (PCB) MONTHLY
- UPDATE EMERGENCY LEAVE, ANNUAL LEAVE, MC, UNPAID LEAVE
- UPDATE STAFF DETAILS
- HANDLING RECRUITMENT FOR NEW STAFF
- HANDLING STAFF INSURANCE IN CASE OF CLAIM
- PREPARE LETTER, MEMO, MINUTE MEETINGS
- BEING THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT FOR EMPLOYEES ON ANY HR RELATED QUERIES
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- DISCIPLINED, ORGANISED AND DETAIL ORIENTED
- WILLINGNESS TO LEARN AND ADAPT
- SOLID COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND CONFIDENT
- BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS SUCH AS WORD, EXCEL AND OTHERS
