Additionally, they analyze sales data and make recommendations for improving revenue and profits.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Negotiate room rates, contracts, and agreements with clients
- Confirm reservations, manage cancellations, and handle room changes
- Work with hotel staff to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for guests
- Resolve complaints and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Generate reports on sales revenue, occupancy rates, and customer satisfaction
- Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain current ones
