**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for managing existing client accounts and sales expansion on respective accounts in the HR Solutions industry
- Explore recruitment needs from client accounts
- Prepare quotation for client accounts
- Work closely with Hiring Managers in the coordination of workforce planning within the timeline
- Manage client accounts by offering best rates, intelligence and fulfillment of needs
- Ensure the correct resources and services are delivered to client in timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key client and internal team
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by key clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecast using key account metrics
- Any other ad-hoc duties by manager and/or management

**Job Requirements**
- Fluency in Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
