1. To attend and respond to Clients’ enquiries and to convert the enquiries to sales;
2. To collect Clients’ database through exhibition/ expo participations, telemarketing, digital media sources and etc.
3. To review the Quotation prepared by Sales Coordinator before sending to Clients;
4. To ensure all the pre-arrangement of the event is ready and the EO requirements are fulfilled by the respective department;
5. To update Client Database, Room Booking, Revenue, cancellation and etc in Rendezvous;
6. To submit Weekly & Monthly Sales Report by Individual Performance;
7. To participates in formulating the annual rooms Budget and Sales Plan;
8. To update on promotional news/ packages to clients and generate business for special promotion;
9. To report on confirmed, tentative and cancelled bookings for forecasting occupancies;
10. To organize and chair Technical Meeting on any big events/ exhibitions;
11. To do an after-function follow up with the Clients to get feedback for improvements;
12. To assist in filing management system set-up by Sales Coordinator;
SACC Convec Sdn Bhd a wholly owned subsidiary of Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) is a hospitality management company created to offer Hospitality management & event services.

Convec also specialises in provising a full-range of catering and venue management services.

We also manage several outlet in area of Golf (Kelab Golf Seri Selangor, Kota Damansara), Food & Beverage area at Kelab Golf Perkhidmatan Awam, Bukit Kiara and also Kelab Golf Bukit Beruntung, Rawang.
