IT Customer Service Intern

The Core Job:
- Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
- Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
- Walk customers through problem-solving processes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
- Follow-up and update customer status and information.
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions from customers to the appropriate internal team.
- Analyze the ticket and resolve otherwise properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
- Works closely with IT & Other team to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and successful manner.
Education/Experience
- **Strong willingness to learn the system**.
- Strong interest in IT and technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
- Customer-oriented and patient.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1,050.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
