Business Development Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet revenue targets and expand our customer base.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
3. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
4. Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven track record of sales success, preferably in the pest control industry.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
3. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
4. Proficiency in sales management software, such as Salesforce
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Willingness to travel as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
