**What this job involves**:
Providing onsite support
You will be the upper facilities management’s trusted right hand on all facilities-related activities. You’ll do this by performing routine site inspections to ensure all building processes and best practices are implemented and maintained.
Where can processes be improved? How can we save costs? These are questions that will be at the forefront of the team’s thinking. You, too, will always have an eye on this, contributing suggestions as they arise.
You’ll also lend the team a big hand by providing admin support including front desk duties, basic housekeeping and appointment coordination. Also part of your job scope is to hit key performance indicators and meet service level agreements.

Your planning and budgeting skills will also be vital to the job, as you’ll take part in the procurement of vendors and services from time to time.

You’ll also be expected to follow escalation and incident reporting procedures and comply with the firm’s guidelines and strategies.

Jobs responsibilities
BMS (Building Management System - CCure & CCTV)
Manage and coordination of access control related operations, hold responsibility for access card and key security, inventory control, database management, electronic products system management, and CCTV.
Manage Photo ID card printing duties in ensuring efficient & appropriately controlled environment as per client’s processes & policies.
Manage issuance of building access card.
Maintain access card tracker based on issuance, collection, replacement activities.
Conduct routine checks to all access control equipment and CCTV recording and produce Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting.
Communicate all maintenance and repair actions in writing for information to management as required.
Complete the necessary administration work based on client’s audit reporting.
Schedule with service provider on timely manner for PPM works related to CCTV and access control system.
Report to SEA Workplace Security Team for any issues related to CCure and CCTV.
Submission and issuance of building access card and reporting of lost card.
Finance and Procurement Management
Manage all blanket purchase orders issued.
Manage issuance of purchase orders and good/services received within timeline.
Submission of invoices for payment processing within timeline.
Manage internal Operating tracker.
