**About You**

**Your Day to Day**

**Enrollment and Administrative Management**:

- Oversee the internal and external enrollment process, ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Track attendance, coordinate scheduling, training, and facilities logistics.
- Facilitate the submission of documents.

**Finance and Bookkeeping**
- Liaise with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing activities.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team for payment collection and reconciliation.
- Manage administrative tasks related to incentive payouts in coordination with Business Partners

**Tracer Study Execution**
- Arrange and execute tracer studies as per YP's requirements.
- Collect and analyze data to provide valuable insights for organizational improvement.

**You Know How**
- Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on coordination and liaison.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and other relevant tools.
- Office Location is nearby to MRT Surian, Sunway Nexis

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
