**Our Client is a leading company in the optical lenses industry and they are looking for a**
**Business Development Executive to join them.**
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating business generation activities
- Developing customized targeted sales strategies
- Collaborating with sales managers to secure, retain and grow accounts
- Visit Planning bi-weekly basis via system
- Complete sales call daily via system
- Maintaining customer’s information via system
- Establish productive and professional relationship with key personnel in assigned

customer accounts.
- Conducting and schedule customer visits to understand customer’s needs and

problem solving in a timely manner
- Creating informative presentations
- Present and deliver product information to potential customers
- Understanding customer needs and offering solution and support
- Answering customer questions and follow-up call questions
- Responding to customer request for proposal

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 years of sales experience
- Possess a proven track record of sales, market development and able to maintain

excellent customer relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong communication skills are helpful for connecting with customer & Strong team

- High levels of energy and enthusiasm and positive working attitude
- Positive team spirit and a collaborative mindset
- Initiative, proactiveness and independence
- Flexibility and willingness to work with ambiguity
- Ability to work under pressure for meeting sales target.

Sembilan from time to time)
**Work arrangements**
- Normal/regular working hours (timing to be discussed in job interview)
- Remote, it is not necessary to report to office everyday.
