This role will manage the day-to-day escalations from Merchants and provide feedback internally and/or assist in carrying out necessary actions. You will work closely with the WOGI team by supporting the business team to ensure client’s rewarding needs are met while ensuring smooth operations, business continuity and at the same time making business more profitable.

**Job Description**/**Responsibility**
- Perform and analyse data to improve business processes and carry out risk management involving digital products and ensure business is profitable
- Evaluate current operation process and provide suggestions to improve workflow that may be beneficial for the business
- Carry out administrative processes: brand stocking/expiry monitoring, sending purchase orders and invoices etc.
- Supporting day to day operational merchant processes, ensuring all brands funding are kept optimal across different regions to ensure business continuity
- Maintaining good relationships with merchants and providing support to merchants as needed.
- Work with Partnership, Operations and Business team at Wogi to ensure we deliver the best service and resolution as needed
- Manage day to day escalations from Merchants and provide feedback to management and/or assist in carrying out necessary actions. Brands discontinuation, brand changes, etc.
- Maintaining weekly reports with the Line Manager in Singapore
- Work closely with Partnership team and provide support for adhoc assigned projects
- Assist Partnership team in maintaining merchant database and ensure documents are updated in an accurate manner
- Other Adhoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical background, systematic, meticulous with an eye for details
- Team player with a go-getter attitude, able to immediately bond with others and able to coordinate with internal teams
- Inquisitive, critical thinker and a problem solver
- Experience in handling data and carry out analysis through Excel Formula
- Minimum 1-3 years of Analytical work experience in relevant field in Fintech, loyalty space will be a plus but not necessary.
- Good commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
