1. Handle MCSB project tendering
2. Plan, coordinate and ensure timely completion of tender documents
3. Prepare and review tender report
4. Pre-tender
- Prepare for the tender submission
- Calculate costing and estimate of construction contract value
- Arrange and coordinate pre-tender meeting and pre-tender estimate
- Carry out measurement and take-off quantity from drawings
- Preparation bill of quantity and tender documents
- Review terms and conditions of tender/contract documents

5. Post tender
- Ensure smooth calling and closing of tenders
- Preparation of letter of awards to sub-contractor works
- Prepare, evaluate and verify progress claim submitted to main contractors/by subcontractors and ensure the payment certification issued promptly
- Experienced in Building Work and Infrastructure Works
- Preparation of project costing and budgeting
- Cost and material control
- Preparation of final account for main contractors/subcontractors; Handle settlement of project final account
- Evaluate variation order (VO) and make recommendations, updating status of VO in monthly basis
- Contract administration
- Internal audit of site material and works

6. Prepare build-up or breakdown details if required
7. Assist in reviewing of contract documents before official binding, signing and stamping
8. Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors for any related contractual matters
9. visit to client's office when required
- Attend site meeting/valuation
- Assist in cost control analysis, method statement, procedures, programmes and project cash flow forecast
- Update cost information such as building materials, machinery and labour for future tender/costing

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experienced in Building & Infrastructure works
- Able to communicate & coordinate effectively with client, consultants, construction team and sub-contractors
- Knowledge of construction procedures and contracts
- Required skill(s); MS Office
